‘Raise all these grounds in Parliament’: SC dismisses plea alleging misuse of women-centric laws

Supreme Court dismissed the plea alleging misuse of women-centric laws in the Dowry Prohibition Act, reported the news agency PTI. The petitioner was seeking the protection of men against the atrocities committed by women filing false complaints.
