Prince William and Princess Kate delight fans with Royal family update as they welcome a new member

The Prince and Princess of Wales have introduced their new cocker spaniel puppy, Otto, on his first birthday. The brown dog is the son of their other spaniel, Orla, and was photographed by Kate herself for the announcement.
