Supreme Court to hear AAP govt's plea on Centre's Delhi services ordinance

The Supreme Court will hear the plea filed by AAP challenging the constitutionality of the Delhi Services Ordinance, which gives power to the Lieutenant Governor to transfer and post civil servants in Delhi. The ordinance was brought by the Union Government.
